Data Collection

Instogram collects minimal personal data to process your orders:

• Profile URL or Username - Your public social media identifier (required to deliver service)
• Email Address - For order confirmations and support (optional)
• Cryptocurrency Wallet Address - For payment processing only (provided by you)
• User Agent & Referrer - For analytics and security purposes

Data We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect, request, or store:

• Social media account passwords or credentials
• Personal name or identification documents
• Credit card or banking information
• IP addresses (logs are not permanently retained)

Payment Processing

Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOW Payments, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your wallet address after payment confirmation. Refer to NOW Payments Privacy Policy for their data practices.

Data Retention

Order data (profile URL, email, service details) is retained for 90 days to handle refill guarantees and support inquiries. After 90 days, personal identifiers are removed from our records.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is shared only with:

• NOW Payments - For cryptocurrency payment processing
• Service delivery providers - To fulfill your order (followers, views, etc.)

Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all communications. However, cryptocurrency transactions are inherently irreversible. We cannot guarantee protection against user error (sending crypto to the wrong address).

GDPR & Data Rights

If you are a resident of the EU or UK, you have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
